Process
How we work
Clear process, written agreement, no surprises. Here is what you can expect when you contact us.

Describe your matter
A short description of your situation is enough to start. You do not need to have all the documents ready. Please do not send highly sensitive documents or confidential personal data at this stage — we will confirm a secure channel once we have reviewed your enquiry.
You can contact us by the enquiry form, email or phone.
Conflict and scope check
We review the nature of the matter, check whether we may accept it and whether our team is the right fit. This includes checking for any conflicts of interest involving other parties. We do not charge for this initial review.
Sending an enquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Written proposal
If we can assist, you receive a written proposal setting out the proposed scope of work, the fee structure and the next steps. The appropriate fee model — hourly, fixed or staged — depends on the complexity and nature of the matter.
No paid work begins until the scope and terms are agreed in writing.
Advice and representation
Once engaged, we carry out the agreed work. This may include advising on your legal position, drafting documents, translating and explaining Czech legal correspondence, communicating with notaries and courts, or representing you in proceedings.
We keep you informed throughout and communicate in plain English.
Initial intake call
An initial intake call of up to 30 minutes may be available to understand the nature of the matter, check whether we may accept it and discuss next steps.
Document analysis and formal legal advice are provided after the scope and terms are agreed. The intake call is not a substitute for legal advice.
